Thrifty Love ~ Thrift Swap 2012
Sunday, August 5, 2012 at 11:14PM I had a chance to sign up for a thrift swap a few weeks ago. In case you're wondering what a thrift swap is, I'll tell you!
I was partnered with Astrid, who blogs at Red, Red Completely Red.

Astrid lives in Texas and after emailing each other, I found out a few things she likes. I went to my local thrift store to find a few things for her. The rules of the thrift swap were: spend no more than $10 and mail the parcels by a certain date.
Before we left for vacation, I received a lovely package from Astrid.

She found a chevron blanket and I loved her suggestion about using it at Christmastime.

She sent me a map of Texas and a few cute little napkins for me to add to my napkin collection.

I had a ton of fun participating in this thrifty love gift swap and can't wait to do it again next year.
P.S. Anthony took these pictures for me and I'm so grateful for his photo skills!
